Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Dispensary Agents to join our team.
As a Dispensary Agent, you will be the face of our dispensary, providing expert guidance and excellent customer service to help our customers make informed decisions about their cannabis purchases.
Responsibilities:
1.
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Provide information on cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally and accurately.
Create a positive and informative experience for each customer.
2.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up to date with the latest cannabis products and industry trends.
Educate customers on the strains, effects, and benefits of various products.
Make recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
3.
Sales and Transactions:
Assist customers in selecting products and completing purchases.
Accurately handle cash and electronic transactions.
Maintain cash register accuracy and follow cash handling procedures.
4.
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure strict adherence to all state and local cannabis regulations.
Verify customer identification and age eligibility.
Follow inventory control and security procedures.
5.
Product Display and Merchandising:
Keep displays and shelves organized and stocked.
Monitor and report low inventory levels to the Inventory Manager/Agent.
Help create an attractive and well-maintained store environment.
6.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other dispensary staff to achieve team goals.
Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
