Our continuum of care offers trauma-informed, behavioral health services to our clients in residential, community and outpatient settings.
The Center for Great Expectations is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Associates in our Adult and Adolescent Residential Mommy and Me Programs.
As a Residential Associate, you will have the opportunity to do meaningful work supporting mothers and children.
Currently, there are opportunities available for full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules.
Our flexible schedule options include mornings, afternoons, and evenings (shifts are typically 7 am-3 pm, 3 pm-11 pm, or 11 pm-7 am).
We offer the opportunity to be trained in delivering trauma-informed direct care to adolescent and adult mothers and their children within a supportive behavioral health setting.
Some responsibilities entail assisting with activities of daily living and parenting, medication administration, engaging in recreational activities, transportation, providing support and conflict resolution, and helping with admissions/discharges activities.
In addition to a passion for providing empathetic care, candidates must be 21 years old, and have a valid driver's license.
This is a great opportunity for those interested in direct care or pursuing degrees in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, education, and other related majors.
