The ideal candidate must have experience with handling different dental insurance plans, billing, scheduling and patient care management.
We are looking for someone who:
Will greet patients warmly and handle checking-in/checking-out Will answer the phones, schedule appointments and verify insurances Review the Patient's Explanation of Benefits, calculate insurance copays as applicable Will handle recalls and appointments to ensure the daily schedule is full Will post patient & insurance payments Is very detailed oriented and willing to follow instructions Is a quick learner, proactive and able to flourish in an ever changing and fast paced environment Will assist in seating patients, breakdown and set up of operatories Has experience with dental software and be willing to learn more about our products.
The candidate(s) must:
Have exceptional interpersonal skills Have a professional demeanor, attitude and appearance Be responsible, respectful and reliable Have good communication and people skills Have strong computer skills Be organized and should be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment Be able to verify the patient's insurance eligibility and handle Insurance filing.
