Summary Everas is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Residential Services operations including coordination of electronic filing systems, program schedules, staff on-call schedules, and program supplies for a 28 program department that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The qualified candidate will manage the department meeting schedules, ensure timely filing of program documents, maintain relevant agency databases, and produced monthly reports.
This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, high level organization skills, and project management.
This position requires flexibility and may require some evenings and weekends.
Administrative Assistant for Residential duties include but are not limited to:
Oversee organization and efficiency of department electronic files Manage program schedules including meetings, on-call schedules, and support RS Director and Assistant Director Ensure program documentation is complete and filed in a timely manner Manage residential program supply systems, including but not limited to inventory and ordering What we offer:

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field Strong time management and organizational skills Professional written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Criminal Background Check Valid NJ Driver's license Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred Willingness to meet NJ Executive Order 252, which requires employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including a booster; at minimum one dose is required to begin employment with the expectation to complete subsequent doses as per recommended time frames; this requirement may be waived only in exceptional circumstances as outlined in the law.
