Strong experience in landscaping Well-organized Landscape Designer who designs and sells landscape construction projects to residential clients across NJ.
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in installing hardscapes and plantscapes.
High level of communication and organization skills Excellent customer service skills, constant contact, proactive, educational Execution of proposals, contracts, estimates & designs Sales/New Business Development experience required Working with Marketing department for advertising practices Ability to calculate proper budgets, labor control & material costs Ability to cooperate and work effectively with crewmen and other inter-company employees Ability to solve problems and achieve company goals Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and take action Strong plant/tree identification skills Maintaining a safe and controlled work zone Ability to train crewmen on practices that should be required or enforced Maintain and organize a strong working schedule on a weekly/daily basis Perform work inspections throughout and is detailed oriented Experience on purchasing required Job Type:
