Do you have a CSW or LCSW? Do you have strong Medicaid knowledge/experience? Have you worked in an Assisted Living or Long-Term Care facility? Days and hours are flexible.
A little bit about what you will do:
Respond to residents in need of psychosocial or supportive service, through direct referral or by the review of incident reports.
Guide Residents and their families through admissions process from initial inquiry to move in.
Make sure paperwork goes to the proper department.
Document all contact with prospective residents in Point click Care.
Answer all resident and family member questions expeditiously.
Explain Medicaid process and policies.
Track status of available apartments and coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping for move in and move out.
Oversee Petty Cash and Personal Use Funds.
Maintain Complaint Log Oversee billing, Long Term Care Insurance.
