Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly on their feet.
Candidates must be organized, hard-working, diligent, detail oriented, and take pride in their work.
Must have familiarity with Microsoft Word/Gmail/Google Drive (preferred, but not required) and adept at learning new software platforms.
LEGAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED! This is an entry-level position that will provide an individual with the chance to build strong communication skills, to learn on the job, and to participate in fun events with close co-workers.
Principle responsibilities include:
Managing paper files at the law firm Scanning mail, mailing & printing letters out Shredding of hard files Ordering supplies for the law firm Providing clerical support for the law Must be inclined to learn new things! This is an in-person position (not remote).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
