We are looking for someone that is driven, passionate and can be flexible when needed.
We are open Monday through Friday with one Saturday a month that is on a rotational basis.
This position is located in Somerset, NJ but will possibly require travel to our other office in Robbinsville, NJ as needed to help with coverage.

This job is right for you if you have:

years of medical reception experience working in a private medical practice.
This should include working at the front desk making appointments, performing check in and check out duties, verifying insurances, as well as selling products and cosmetic services.
Dermatology background is preferred, but not necessary.
Must have strong knowledge of major insurance plans, referrals, and verifying benefits electronically.
Must have experience and comfort in collecting co-payments, co-insurances and deductibles as well as discussing balances with patients in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

years of working with an EMR is required and those with EMA Practice Management experience is strongly preferred General knowledge of cosmetic procedures including injectables, lasers, and other aesthetic treatments.
