The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-5 years of management/sales spa experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment and strong entrepreneurial spirit.
The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
Retail/sales experience A passion for people and sales High level of enthusiasm Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with discipline Strong organizational/planning and computer skills Experience with a Zenoti booking system is a plus Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting Ability to work a flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
