We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties Include:
Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule appointments Plan meetings Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Update and maintain office policies and procedures Maintain contact lists Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Maintain contact lists and update contact information.
Answer general questions from visitors or clients about the company or products or services.
Skills Include:
Strong oral and written communication skills required.
Strong computer skills preferred including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Attention to detail is a must.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to work with minimal supervision at all times.
A self-motivated, positive attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A bachelor's degree or higher preferred but not required.
