We are looking to hire a Front Office Associate/Dental Assistant who has a positive, energetic attitude that can maintain a pleasant atmosphere for patients.
Organization and attention to details are necessary to accomplish the duties of this position.
Responsibilities Take phone calls and schedule patients.
Welcome patients, and organize intake paperwork.
Prepare patients for treatment or checkups ensuring their comfort.
Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed.
Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Review oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions with patients Sterilize instruments according to regulations Sanitize dental room to prepare for next patient Perform lab tasks Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Maintain inventory and perform ordering of dental materials and supplies.

Well-organized and reliable.
High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferred.
Dental Radiologic Technologist (DRT) License, additional certification, or training (e.

RDA) is an asset.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
