We are a small office looking for someone who is organized and can multi-task with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities include interacting with Patients, scheduling appointments, capturing patient phone messages/concerns accurately and with detail.
Communicating information to outside sources (Patients, Pharmacies, Physicians, Hospitals) is routine.
Some purchasing and organizing responsibilities included ordering and maintaining stock of clerical and some medical supplies.
Daily requirements include Patient check-in and check-out, vitamins and supplements selling or preparation for shipping, accurate accounting and tracking.
Computer skills and some health care experience required.
Medisoft accounting program familiarity desired.
