A stockroom lead manages workflow through the stockroom, provides technical support and addresses requests from other departments in order to achieve daily work objectives.
Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact for stockroom clerks.
Report issues to the manager that they cannot address or resolve.
Monitor the workload and workflow.
Assign/re-assign staff as needed to perform various stockroom functions.
Assign/re-assign work as needed.
Provide coverage for absences.
Respond to phone and email requests.
Prioritize work.
May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager.
Qualifications:
