Busy independent Ophthalmology Practice is seeking an experienced, friendly Medical Receptionist.
Our optical features over 1200 frames, as well as a state-of-the-art lab.
Excellence in patient care is our top priority.
Responsibilities include:
Schedule appointments Register and check-out patients Collect co-pays, coinsurance, and deductibles Enter demographic data into EMR Verify insurance coverage and benefits Verify vision insurance benefits & send claims Process contact lens supply orders Perform diagnostic tests (VF & OCT) Candidate should possess strong customer service skills, be professional and organized.
Ability to multitask required.
Must know MS Office, Availity, Navinet, Trizetto and be able to use an EMR.
