We are seeking a versatile and creative individual to fill the role of Live Streaming Host and TikTok Content Creator.
In this dual role, you will be responsible for hosting live streaming events while also creating compelling short-form video content for our TikTok channel.
Responsibilities:
1.
Host live streaming events across various platforms.
2.
Engage with the live streaming audience through chat, polls, Q&A sessions, and interactive elements, fostering a sense of community and connection.
3.
Conduct interviews with guests, influencers, and industry experts, ensuring professionalism and enthusiasm throughout.
4.
Prepare and deliver scripted content for live streams, while also improvising and adapting to the flow of the event.
5.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth execution of live streams, managing technical aspects and troubleshooting issues.
6.
Promote upcoming events, products, and initiatives during live streams, driving engagement and conversions.
7.
Create original, engaging, and trending short-form video content for our TikTok channel, aligning with brand voice and objectives.
8.
Stay updated with TikTok trends, challenges, and features, leveraging them creatively to maximize reach and engagement.
9.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content ideas, campaigns, and strategies that resonate with our target audience.
10.
Monitor performance metrics and audience feedback for both live streams and TikTok content, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
1.
Proven experience as a live streaming host, presenter, emcee, or similar role.
2.
Strong on-camera presence, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
3.
Creativity and proficiency in creating short-form video content for TikTok, with a solid understanding of the platform's trends and features.
4.
Tech-savvy with a good understanding of live streaming platforms, equipment, and software.
5.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live event schedules.
6.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
7.
Bachelor's degree in communications, media studies, performing arts, or a related field (preferred but not required)
