Clean offices, hallways, staircases, reception area, restrooms, stairways, lunchrooms, and warehouse areas Dusting furniture and surfaces Vacuum rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture Mopping floors Emptying trash and recycling bins Wash windows, door panels, and sills Restocking supplies in restrooms and lunchroom Reporting any needed repairs or replacements Qualified candidates for the Warehouse/Office Custodian will possess:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience Experience as a cleaner or in a similar role Demonstration of good interpersonal and communication skills in reading, writing, and receiving oral instructions in English Ability to work flexible hours, such as overtime Ability to work independently Moderate physical fitness -- as a custodian, you must possess the following:
physical agility, full range of motion, and ability to maintain balance the ability to stand 8 hours per day the ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds the ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach or lift overhead the ability to climb stairs or ladders, work at heights, and work outdoors in a variety of environmental conditions Reliable and punctual Maintain cleanliness of exterior grounds by picking up litter and maintain trash areas.
Assist in snow removal activities and be available for cleanup during weather events.
