Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of assigned IT projects within the Global IT Ops portfolio, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, including IT teams, IT personnel, and external vendors.
- Track project deliverables, budget expenditures, and resource utilization, providing regular status reports to the PMO and project stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project artifacts.
- Assist with the development and implementation of process and best practices within the PMO.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5
years of experience in IT financial coordination - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Ariba, SAP, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Apptio
