Responsibilities
Assist Maintenance Technicians in prioritizing and troubleshooting all problems as they occur on equipment within the BB50 Manufacturing Facility. In order to accomplish this, the individual must be fully knowledgeable and understand all aspects of equipment operation.
Monitor Building Management System and provide direction to all Maintenance Technicians regarding the reporting and documentation of critical and non-critical alarms within the Utility and Manufacturing areas. This includes ensuring the techs issue a daily report to Management summarizing critical and non-critical alarms. Will be responsible for investigating and documenting all alarms that could lead to NCEs. Maintain full knowledge of the BMS System.
Troubleshooting of BMS alarms as they relate to equipment and the building's HVAC Systems. This includes the reporting and documentation regarding room pressure, temperature, and humidity alarms.
Coordination, oversight and planning of Facilities maintenance activities during the second shift.
Oversee the second shift Facilities Maintenance Technicians in the completion of Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Activities to insure they are completed as required.
Review of executed preventative, corrective and emergency work orders for accuracy and completeness.
Tour entire facility on a monthly basis and issue a report /email to management indicating any problems in which work orders are generated regarding items needing
repair
.
Generate and/or execute NCE investigations, Change Controls, Acquisition/Decommission Requests and documentation revisions as applicable for all systems and areas.
Act as facilities field coordinator for any capital projects/engineering WOs for the BB50 Manufacturing Facility.
Provide emergency response and oversight for the remainder of the site during second shift if for example a loss of power or other critical utility were to occur.
Monitors overall

environmental, health and safety aspects and understands the risks and liabilities associated with various FM&E activities. Oversees all confined space and lockout/tagout activities occurring on the second shift.
Rotating on-call coverage to provide phone support and/or on-site response to off-hour, holiday and weekend emergencies.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 5-10 years experience in a Facility/Utility Maintenance Management Support role in a biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare facility or food industry.
Ability to lift 80 lbs. and to climb a ladder.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally.
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Must be a self-motivator.
Must demonstrate leadership qualities.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment

Additional Skills/Preferences
BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical) is preferred.
3-5 years experience working within a GMP environment.with hands on experience.

This is a second shift position, Monday - Friday, 12:00pm - 8:30pm

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
