. Seeking an SENIOR ACCOUNTANT.
Reports to: Director, Accounting & Finance
Status: Full-time
Summary
Daily accounting operations which include A/P, A/R, reconciliations, analysis and data gathering for various management reports. Provides support to the Head of Finance & Accounts as required.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Preparing analysis worksheets for annual audit
Assist in preparing company/ consolidated financial statements
Preparing cash flow on weekly basis
Analysis for Intercompany transactions
Preparing costs for various products and analyzing manufacturing variances
Preparing company policies related to Accounting and Finance
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and approval limits
Account reconciliations and analysis for various expenses/ departments, etc.
Assist in month end ERP
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts and variance analysis
Monitoring departmental expenses and investigating variances
Assist in data gathering for monthly and quarterly management discussion and analysis
Special projects as needed
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Accounting required; minimum three to five years accounting experience in a similar role. Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

requires proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing and Excel. Previous experience with an ERP software needed.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Good understanding of business accounting
Superior organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills, with the ability to pick-up and learn new tasks quickly
Strong interpersonal skills; capability to work with a team as well as with a great deal of autonomy
Work Schedule
The regularly scheduled workweek is Monday through Friday and the hours are generally 8am - 5:00pm. Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
