DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling and room cleaning assignments to ensure high quality of service are provided all the time.
Assist with training of employees and ensuring that they have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties.
Monitor performance and make recommendations as appropriate.
Inspect all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, guest room/suites, equipment, linens, and public areas are clean and in good repair.
Advise employees of deficiencies and instruct on improvement opportunities.
Provide retraining as needed.
Respond to guest complaints, special requests and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
Promote teamwork and quality service.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
