Description
Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Lead Business Analyst, located in Piscataway, NJ.
Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.
The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for providing Business Analytics support across US Customer Services. This individual is responsible for project work to support the US Region Customer Services requests; i.e., conduct analysis and building customized reporting tools to support business requests, develop control plans in order to enable fast and reliable business decisions by management, and assist with execution of Change Control / Governance process. This individual will be the primary point of contact to collect and define business reporting needs across Customer Services and will translate reporting needs into requirements and coordinate development of self-serve reporting tools with Logistics Services Analytics. The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for converting / updating existing business reporting systems and processes to the standard regional reporting systems (such as converting the CFT Customer Portal to Tableau). This individual will also will be the Super User for self-service business analytics reporting tools; will develop customized reports within the self-service tools; will train business users across Customer Services and document procedures on use of all self-service reporting tools.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelors degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree and 2 years of relevant experience is required. A focused degree in Logistics, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Finance or Business or related field is preferred. An advanced degree is preferred. Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience in the advanced use of various analytical/statistical tools to optimize business processes with documented business results is required. Demonstrated success in leading projects is required. Experience with Process Excellence tools, training and/or certification is preferred. Experience with Tableau is preferred. Experience with ERP systems is preferred. Specific experience with SAP is preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills are required. A strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities is required. The ability to employ large amounts of data to clear and concise recommendations or direction is required. Influencing and change management skills are highly preferred.
This position will be based in Somerset, NJ and may require up to 10% travel.
