Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution. Help Desk Analyst will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. It is the duty of the Help Desk Analyst to resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. Furthermore, she/he will respond to queries either in person or over the phone, maintain daily performance of computer systems, and ask questions to determine nature of problem.
3-5 years of prior experience in technical support role
Bachelor's degree
Produces fault tolerant computer servers. The company moved into the telecommunications industry, particularly in the area of network management and custom services.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
