Task and multi-project oriented, team player with strong design and presentation documentation skills. Generates, communicates and presents concepts quickly and effectively after analyzing problems and briefs. Reports to the Project Designer.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
3 years experience in commercial (retail/mixed-use) or multi-family housing projects
Strong and versatile design skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
Team player
Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients
Self-starter and proactive
Strong sketching and/or model building skills
Proficient in current version of AutoCAD, 3D Studio or Form-Z, Photoshop, PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel
Other Job Information (if applicable):Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
