My name is Mikeesha and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Executive Assistant for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Somerset, NJ. Details for the positions are as follows:

Job Description
Support most senior executives (i.e., EVP, President, CEO), particularly in large organizations.
Responsibilities may include making travel and meeting arrangements, screening calls, composing letters and reports, preparing presentations and financial data.
Candidates will have advanced computer skills including: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software; and may train others. Has the ability to perform Internet research. Work is generally of highly confidential nature.
Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, planning, analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to apply rationale and opinions to enhance business deliverables. Ability to take a wider perspective when making decisions. Ability to persuade and influence. May train and supervise other administrative staff.
EA will be supporting VP Deputy of Legal Counsel, Associate Legal Counsel and attorneys. Prior experience supporting legal, as well as using Serengeti is a plus and preferred. The Corporate Executive Assistant handles day-to-day administrative responsibilities including, edit and compile PowerPoint presentations, compile data for weekly dashboards, schedule meetings, maintain complex calendars, coordinate extensive travel plans (including international), place and receive phone calls and faxes, process expenses, generate correspondence and maintain paper and computer files.
Interacts with various level contacts inside and outside the company to gather and prepare information relative to the manager's functions.
Strong skills using Outlook and MS Office - PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Visio a plus.
Managing the preparation of presentation materials. Scheduling and organizing meetings and conferences. Coordinating ordering of office and break room supplies. Copy and fax.
Experience coordinating domestic and international travel. Visa processing. T&E processing
Coordinate offsite and onsite logistics (international and domestic)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
